The guidelines are for third parties using Orchid Orthopedic Solutions (Orchid) trademarks, logos and copyrights.
These guidelines are for Orchid customers, suppliers and other parties wishing to use Orchid’s trademarks, logos or images in promotional, advertising, instructional or reference materials or on their websites, products, labels or packaging. Use of the Orchid Logo or name for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Orchid may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws. Use of Orchid trademarks may be prohibited, unless expressly
authorized.
If you are a customer or supplier of Orchid, and have been provided with special trademark usage guidelines with your agreement, please follow those guidelines. If your agreement does not provide usage guidelines, then follow these guidelines.
Orchid’s trademarks, logos and images are valuable assets. In following these guidelines, you help us protect our trademark rights and strengthen our corporate and brand identities. Please ensure Orchid Marketing reviews all external logo usage in the market and if you have any questions regarding these guidelines, please submit it to the Orchid Marketing department at sales@orchid-ortho.com.
