Monday, Apr 22, 2024 Orchid Santa Ana Hosts Impact Academy Our Santa Ana facility recently hosted an Impact Academy to connect employees to the impact they have on customers, their products and, ultimately, patients. Lee Garrett, Erin House and Keith Dickey led the discussion. They shared patient success stories and how the work Orchid employees do impact the lives of patients all over the world. There were three animation videos depicting how the spine, trauma and large joint products manufactured by the site are used in surgeries. They also learned about The NuVasive Spine Foundation, an organization that provides spine surgeries to people in countries who wouldn’t receive care otherwise. Keith shared a personal story with employees about how his wife recently had trauma surgery on her ankle. He talked about the products we make and how they were used during her surgery.
